Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering incoming calls and assisting customers with their inquiries and concerns.
- Conduct outbound calls and sending emails to members as needed.
- Submitting timecards for employees in the payroll system and ensuring accuracy.
- Processing invoices and tracking credit card payments.
- Utilize phone etiquette to ensure professional and courteous interactions with customers.
- Greeting customers face-to face.
Typing member contracts with accuracy.
-Light bookkeeping and constant communication with marina owners.
Requirements:
- Quick Books-MS Office-Outlook Email-Excel-Word-ADP Run Payroll Systems.
- Professional appearance and good communications skills.
- Must be highly organized and able to handle a fast-paced office.
- Knowledge in the boating industry is preferred but not recommended.
- Hourly position.
Monday-Friday 9-5pm.
Saturday half-days as needed.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
