1 2024 and are looking for a Territory Sales Manager to represent our brand in the state.
The Territory Sales Manager's main responsibility is to leverage relationships, and develop and close new qualified retailers across the Michigan market.
Required Skills Travel up to 80% within the region Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the Cannabis, CPG, or Alcohol industry is strongly preferred Experience and knowledge of selling premium quality grade products and managing a broad portfolio of products.
Must display excellent communication skills, interpersonal, written, and verbal Strong desire to provide exceptional customer service Proficiency using Google Suite and Microsoft Office Must have experience handling high volume incoming calls, emails, text messages Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment Desired Skills Directly manage the designated territory to achieve quarterly revenue, new account penetration, and product adoption.
Cultivate relationships with key retailers, industry groups, and other local stakeholders/partners.
Seek new business opportunities within the territory and closing of new doors.
Plan and perform sales calls, appointments, and site visits.
Manage and maintain Trade Expenditure goals within the region or territory.
Work with the Sales Director to establish clear, targeted sales goals and monitor progress to-goal regularly.
Routine visits at retail accounts to evaluate client needs and promote product sales.
Schedule promotions and events to educate consumers and budtenders.
Collaborate with Brand Specialists to develop accounts and execute events.
Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize online assets, visual merchandising, and presence in shelf space and display cases.
Generate cash flow by facilitating collections efforts.
Delivery of invoices, collection dates, and escalating collection issues.

Salary:
$65 per hour.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
