- Monitor and operate security systems, including CCTV cameras, to ensure the safety and security of the premises.
- Patrol assigned areas on foot or in a vehicle to prevent and detect signs of intrusion or suspicious activities.
- Respond to alarms and investigate disturbances.
- Provide assistance to customers, employees, and visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
- Enforce company policies and procedures to maintain a safe and secure environment.
- Conduct regular inspections of the premises to identify potential security risks.
- Write detailed reports on incidents, observations, and actions taken.
Experience:
- Previous experience as a security guard or in a related field is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of security operations and procedures is a plus.
- Strong observation skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm and respond effectively in high-pressure situations.
- Basic computer skills for operating security systems.
